Refund policy
At Niyva, we take great care to ensure you receive high-quality products. If there is any issue with your order, we are here to help.
✅ Eligibility for Return / Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- You received a damaged or defective product, OR
- You received the wrong product
You must inform us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
❌ Returns NOT Accepted For
To maintain fairness and hygiene, returns are not accepted for:
- Color variation due to lighting or screen brightness
- Change of mind / dislike of product
- Incorrect order placed by customer
- Minor weaving differences, thread pulls, or fabric variations common in sarees
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Sarees without original packing, blouse pieces cut, or tassels removed
✅ Mandatory: Unboxing Video
A continuous uncut unboxing video is required for all return claims.
This helps us verify the issue and process your request quickly.
✅ Return Process
- Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.
- Share the unboxing video and photos clearly showing the issue.
- Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
- The saree must be returned in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all tags and packaging.
✅ Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be processed as:
- Store credit / coupon code (fastest option), OR
- Bank/UPI refund (takes 3–7 business days after approval)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
✅ Damaged During Return Transit
If the product is damaged during return transit due to poor packing, refund may be denied.
Please pack the item securely.
✅ Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
